Thats a huge amount of money!

How about selling the PPP ecu and swapping to a standard one, Full de-cat then custom re-map.

If you'd like to go even further how about changing the turbo to a front entry TD05.

Although the Greddy gear is some serious kit you're not really getting your moneys worth IMHO.

Personally i don't like the idea of S afc and an AVCR as i reckon you could get better results for cheeper with proper mapping. You would also need a fuel cut defender for the apexi option.

I'd say one of two options.

1. Front entry TD05 £300-350

Full de-cat (downpipe centre and backbox(not that there's a cat in the backbox!))
£500ish depending on what you get.

Knocklink, lambdalink and boost gauge £250-300

Uprated fuel pump £100

Ecutek custom re-map Can't remember the cost of this, £500-700 maybe???

Or if you would like to keep the spool up like the TD04

VF35 turbo £800
Full de-cat
fuel pump, knock.....lambda....boost...da da da da da
and the EcuTek.

you may also have to add a fuel pressure regulator into both of the above

It really depends what you're looking for as the VF35 will be pretty much maxed out at 320ish BHP but will give you a very quick spool up and a good midrange with the boost falling off a bit at the top (which you would do anyway for the engines sake). The TD05 however will give also a strong midrange and hold the boost too the top (should you so wish). It will suffer slightly with spooling up compared to the VF35 but is still very good. It's also good for about 350bhp and can be easily converted to a TD05/06 good for 450bhp.

Personally I'd go for the TD05 option (in fact I did!) as once the bug bites you'll probably want even more power and the 05 a good platform for this. However if you are definetly not going above this sort of power the VF35 should make a marginally better car to drive IMHO.

Hope this is of some help, Dave.
