Default Bad Misfire ?

You may have seen this posted around its doing my head in now as I just want to start mapping my car and forget about Auto Electronics.
I have power FC and when I connect it upto my UKMY97 it barely starts idles poorly and misfires so badly its undriveable, tried it on my mates identical UKMY97 and it works fine. No amount of pulling/adding fuel/timing seems to alleviate. It only really happens at low revs high load (pulling off etc). Tried swapping MAF and MAP sensors with my mates car no noticeable difference. I begining to think maybe a bad ground on an injector or sensor anybody got any ideas ?
?How would I test for ground impedence one end at the ECU the other at the sensor? should I try testing ground between ECU and battery ?

Throw in any ideas guys I'm willing to try anything now

What could be the difference between the 2 cars ?

Tried removing the ht leads one at a time to see if it made a difference and noticed that all but one of the coils would jump on every spark where on one of them it sparked in fits and sparks.....dodgy coil pack perhaps ?
