Unhappy Boost take ages to build up ?

My poor old scoob is taking time to spool up, the 3 port solenoid is clicking its t*its off, is the actuator faulty or the boost solenoid. When it finally gets there it struggles a measly 0.65 bar.

Sounds like a leak of some sort, if it's only slight you may not hear it but it will cause this.

Connect the bleed nipple on the compressor cover directly to the wastegate actuator and see if you get to 0.5-0.6bar quicky. Also try borrowing an MBC of some sort and seeing if that cures it.
