Default aint got a scooby doo ? help

just blown big end on my sti version 3 wagon can people advise me on rebuild/recon of engine,cost,what to upgrade to stop it happening again,were to get work done etc.
im in london/essex area and not looking at major mods 280/330bhp max as told standard sti engine internals/box/clutch can hold out to this (all advise welcome)
im not that mechanicaly minded so as simple as poss

I agree go the extreme scoobies they sure do know there stuff I have the same thing wrong with my car a my01 wrx went pop last sat night lol
