Default NGK PFR6B Plug Gap

I have changed the sparkies on MY00 Turbo and thought I'd inspect the old ones. I am rather shocked to see 3 are gapped at 0.9 and 1 is gapped at 1.0 The car seemed to run ok with the prev plugs too ??

I thought that these had to be gapped at 0.7 - Can anyone advise
