Unhappy Changing Sparks

Now I know this may sent to the Muppet Thread but I've just bought some Iridium (WMD strings to mind) plugs, went out this morning to fit 'em and....................bloody hell where. Followed the HT leads and **** me if there not in the darkest depths of Outta Mongolia. Can some one tell me how to fit these buggers without removing the engine.

Ta for the help Ru

Washer bottle out or lifted up is enough to get to the passenger side ones. Airbox removed for the other side.
