Black 'soot' in exhaust

Hi David,
Not sure what that could mean but go to Miscellaneous and read my Run-rite thread posted today. I think part of the engine treatment cleans the exhaust!
Even if thats not the case call Pete Jackson he will give you a good idea on whats wrong. Pete used to be cheif mechanic on Prodrive's WRC team.

Dont worry, its normal for scoobs to have quite alot of "soot" out of the tail pipe, all cars do it its just that if you have a bigger pipe it looks worse.

I had the same thought as Andy, but a couple of weeks ago I had a PE RR 'tune' and fueling was fine. I have been using octane booster (1 can to 1/2 tank of fuel) and SUL, maybe that made things too rich.
