Magnex centre with resonator
#1
Fitted a magnex centre with resonator but the original heat sheilds wont cover the resonator. What has everyone else done?
Do I fit as much of the sheilds as possible
Do I cover the pipe in some sort of heat wrap
Do I not bother, everything will be o.k.

Hi David,
Had mine on for 4 months now.......No heat shield and no wrap. I can report mine in absolutley fine.....
You may also want to ask Lawerence (known as LPitt on here) as he had his fitted round about the same time.

The hot bit, as in really hot bit, is where the Cat was, hence the heat shield
The straight through new bits don't really get that hot, relatively speaking
Had mine on for a while
No probs No worries
