Lol, there's nothing you can do that will make it sound like a Turbo, apart, maybe, from sticking a turbocharger on it. Speaking of which, without a turbo to generate positive intake pressure, there won't be much for a dumpvalve to do on your car.
You can get aftermarket exhausts that'll make it a bit noisier, but given your insurance position, I'd suggest that leaving the car as standard as possible will avoid raising your premium, as well as making the car less likely to be stolen, something you might want to bear in mind seeing as your father's no-claims discount is on the line. Same goes for the wheels you're talking about elsewhere.
Better to save your money, or, if you want to spend it somewhere it'll do some good, get the car insured in your own name, a move that will benefit you hugely in years to come. What's the point of getting to 22-23 years old and still having no NCD of your own?

How old are you now then? There are insurance companies that will cover young drivers on these cars, have a quick look at the insurance forum for some likely candidates. There are people here driving turbocharged cars in their teens and early 20's, so you shouldn't have too much problem insuring a Sport.
Same goes with the ICE forum and the CD player. Might even be able to pick something up in For Sale.

It's never exactly going to be easy for a young/inexperienced driver to get insurance on an Impreza, turbocharged or not, but there are companies around who will do it. Insurance forum's the place to go.
