Seems to be a slight ticking from either side of the engine, more noticeable when the windows are down, only happens between 2-3,500 rpm, hot or cold. Also have a K&N Cone fitted, engine covered 27k serviced every 5k. Any ideas would be much appreciated.

I think the longer you own a car the more you listen and I think the injectors get slowly louder.. and paronia sets in..
