Shell Helix Plus, Mobil Super S or Motul 200V, all at 10w/40 would get my vote ScoobyTal. First change at 1000 miles, then every 2000-2500 miles after that. Go to one of the usual full synths at 7-8K.
Keep to <4000 (but don't run tall either) and light throttle for the first 500 miles or so, then open it out a little up to the first oil change at 1K. After that gradually give it more. Wouldn't be flooring it until after the second oil change though.
Try and avoid keeping it at the same engine speed for extended periods of time too, swap from sixth to fifth every now and again on the motorway, and vary your speed a bit rather than cruising at a constant 70.
