Cool

Following the demise of my engine 600 miles after a Power Engineering rechip, after 29,000 hard miles of faultless performance (The car not my driving )

I was inundated with advice, as the heads were fried, with the valve stem seals so poor the oil was running past it hence losing 1L of oil per 800 miles on the first rebuild!

The turbo seals were fried hence the white smoke cured on the first rebuild! By an new turbo from BRD

The manifold was violet in colour from the heat and so Scooby Sport made up some equal length headers (Pat also enjoys a set now!)

Scoobymania jumped in with an MRT Intercooler and fuel rails. (OK really sad bit! But every time I go to the engine builder to remind myself I have a 22B, I look at the MRT inter-cooler it gives me a buzz, reminds me what I have coming to me!)

End stage was a BRD twin dump down pipe and hybrid turbo!

Even on standard jecs and no water spray whilst I have been doing developmental miles running it in the knock link has barely woken up! Its so cool

To be fitted are oil pressure/temp, EGT for each cylinder, boost guage and ejector seat Oh and knock and lambda link

Anders, who makes the ejector seat?

Brilliant news that it's getting there!
