My car is my 97 uk car fitted with full scooby sport exhorst ggr induction kitt dump valve (dump to atmosphere) and a hybrid vf 24 turbo and out of the blue today i got over boost at least 8 times . in the end i stopped and reset the ECU AND HAVENT HAD IT SINCE so does any body know what causes it to happen and do i need to get my car mapped having added these mods HELP APPRECIATED DAZ..........

There are loads of threads about overboost, try doing a search.
With the mods you have it may be worth looking at a mappable ecu though.
