What's the expected standard Boost Pressure on an MY94 (psi).

I'm about to fit a boost gauge and was wondering what it should read.

Also where abouts do you connect it as I understand the Boost Control Solenoid lowers the level seen at the Actuator, and I obviously don't want to read that level, but the real level.
