Question

Where is it? How much? And is it difficult to change?

Mine was making alot of noise when it was being mapped so I would like to get it replaced and remapped. But if it costs a fortune I won't bother.

Cheers.

Will it help to get an answer if I say I'm going to turn it into a project. Rebuild the engine, hybrid turbo with FMIC.

(I'm not, just incase people wonder)

Or shall I phone the dealer.....Just wanted some impartial advice.

I'm not entirley sure myself. When the car was being mapped I was told that it was noisey and had worn causing the noise.

Hence my original Q's. May phone the dealer today.

The throttle pot is the throttle position sensor (TPS), which is on the top of the engine... just by the throttle!
