Oxygen Sensor code 32 ?????????
The Lambda sensor ?
Try cleaning it with a wire brush only.
Yes its important if you want low emissions & good fuel economy.
The cost for UK version is £100, for early version is 93-94 WRX then kiss good bye to £240, but you can use a UK version with longer lead.

after having a couple of Check Engine incidents , It seems I have a Code 32, which means Oxygen Sensor not working , had a gander at it, there is no obvious reason why , it's a bit oily round the wire end (Ooer missus ) but still attached .
What exactly does it do , how vital is it to the health of the engine/Turbo, and will it last a couple of thou to the next service , Oh and as I'm out of warranty what will the bug*er cost !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks Mark ,yea I forgot to put in this post that the car is uk spec my00 . Could be the Lambda probe for all I know , but is described as oxygen sensor and located right against the turbo at the top of the down pipe
