Hey ho, two replies from me on the same subject in one day
Almost certainly the brake lines touching the bulkhead and resonating at certain revs, particularly when changing up. Solution: find where they're touching (back of engine bay, centre, top) and bend very slightly away, or wrap a bit of insulating tape around a bit of one of them to cushion it against the bulkhead. Cured mine instantly!
Or do a search on posts with "grating" in the title
