IIRC the turbo is a T25.
Probs:
Td05 has a 90degree inlet, not the end of the world but...
The exhaust housing on the T25 is very small and fits teh 200sx well, i am not sure that the TD05-downpipe will fit.
Another exh housing prob, the subaru uses a 3stud turbo housing, whereas the 200 has a four, the enrty is a different shape as well as the flanges...

All in all, there are much cheaper upgrades tbh..

Manifold..
Turbo..
Downpipe...
oil feeds/return...
inlet...
outlet..

Rob.

Not very positive i know, but hybrids can be bought pretty cheap for the 200

Thanks for the answer.

What turbo would be the correct upgrade for the car?

lol...i asked the same question on here just the other night..... a couple of the big power SXOC cars are running TD05/06 series turbos but most folk stick to Garret. Standard upgrade is the Garret T28 from an S14/a (not the same as the sunny GTiR T28) or the T3 from a Cossie.

David, AFAIK no 200sx had a T3 fitted as standard. S13s have a T25, both S14 and S14a have T28s.

RRE, To fit the T28 or T3 to an S13 you might have to do some grinding on the turbo side engine mount as there isn't much clearance. There is a fitting kit available for the T28 though so it's a relatively easy, popular and effective swap. Alternatives are T25h (fast spool up but only good for a max of 270hp @ about 18psi), T28h or T3 (bit laggier but capable of well over 300hp).

check SXOC for more info on the 200sx.... we're quite friendly... honest

Just one more question.

What do your guys do ECU wise when changing the turbo?

Depends what turbo you going to run. Horsham Developments do the best maps IMO. They have 3 basic maps of he can do a custom map if you need one.

to give you a rough idea .....

The HD stage 1 map is for a standard turbo with an uprated filter and exhaust runing 14psi.

Stage 2 is for exhaust, filter, bigger intercooler, T25h/T28 running about 15psi.

Stage 3 is for everything in stage 2 but running with a Z32 300zx AFM and 444 injectors.

Another alternative is the Norris Design maps ... they're similar to the above but a bit more costly.

You'll find links to both companies on the SXOC main web page under the links section.
