Question

At 40K miles I think a slight fluff/misfire at about >6K revs may be a plug failing. (I hope to have it "select monitored" shortly to see what problem is).
In case it is the plugs, could anyone advise if it is worth replacing the standard spark plugs with a "better" performing item. What benefits would a change of plug make ??
(UK98, PPPecu, SS BB/centre, cone filter. Occasional thrash, usually driven "slowish" IYKWIM !!)
Cheers
Stan

Thanks guys.
Select monitor did not find any probs, so am hanging fire to see if anything develops - it may just be some sort of "flat" spot.
Stan.
