Or maybe not......

Came across this on Subaru Japan website...

Possibly THE best looking exhaust for the STI IMHO, but at £839 (158,000 Yen) not exactly cheap.

Wonder why its so expensive?

Combines the chunky looks of a Nur Spec with the O.E. look of STI with the cerise logo on the pipe. Lovely.

I bought it from Scoobynet .
Apparently they are hand-made, and I think the bloke I bought it off bought it new from Japan and had it imported.
They are extremely rare here too so I understand - i've never seen another.
The sound from it is awesome, and the difference the s/s backbox and full decat centre section (also handmade I think) in power from the standard tat I had on before is huge.
That picture I have is a bit crap, taken on my mobile. It really is a great looking exhaust though.

VAT is not applicable, but certain import taxes may be, but there are plenty of ways of getting out of them.

That'll be the titanium one, which explains much of the cost. Weighs about half that of a standard back box.

They do sound fantastic though - there's one up here with one fitted.
