Right, think I have a problem.

MY94 WRX wagon, TD04 turbo, now with full decat( H&S d/p with splitter, Scoobysport centre and rear), ITG air filter, MRT inlet plenum, silicon Samco Intercooler hoses, Walbro fuel pump and 1:1 fuel pressure regulator ( 3.2 bar fuel pressure at idle with no vac hose connected ), ScoobyECU( 1.15 bar max ), 7B plugs, forge recirc dump valve, etc.
Little or no knock on Knock Link until over 5k rpm in lower gears.

Last week or two, runs flat, with hesitation and in/out power ( pulses not severe on / off or fuel cut ) when in 4th and mainly 5th, when on full boost / wide open throttle at 4k rpm. Struggles to get over 80 mph ( private roads of course ) or 4000 rpm.

Any ideas?

Is it running lean ( 380 cc/min injectors as standard ) ?
Are coil packs shot?
Is MAF on way out?
Lambda sensor ??
Leaking dump valve ?

Anything else it could be?

Any where in North West who can do diagnostics, preferably rolling road or in car at the time of the problem? No CEL seen yet.

Thanks

Neil

I have emailed you, sounds like misfire, common with increased airflow from more boost or dense cold air
