just picked the car up from the dealers this morning after leaving it overnight to diagnose piston slap, they have admitted there is a fault and they are going to speak to subaru uk to see what is going to happen.
they have said they would either fit a new short engine or sort me out with another car
it will probably be the latter as i've only had the car a month and they said they would loose money on it if they fitted a new motor
anyway i'll let you know more as soon as i do
