Can anyone help.

I have a 02 STI TYPE UK I only run her on Shell Optimax but every now and then she just seems to have a slight miss whilst on tickover,say at a set of traffic lights.
Will adding an octane booster help this?.
If anyone can help or advise I would be grateful.

Doubt that octane booster would do any good at all. Maybe your plugs are getting a bit long in the tooth,depends how many miles you have done. Or, from another thread, perhap's you should get the MAF checked.
