P1 0149/1000

Hi all,

I have a decatted P1 with a nasty sounding noise.
I hear the noise when i floor it as the boost gets to 0.5 bar this noise comes in and stays there until lifting off the throttle, the noise happens all the time in all gears.
I can only describe the noise as a metalic/metal/scratching nosie as though its metal against metal? I know its not the heat sheild because i removed that to eliminate it,could it just be the wastgate thingy opening/closing or is this more of a case of turbo slowly dying??

Almost certainly the wastegate, shouldn't be too much of a problem, it worried me when i decatted mine!
