Is this item really necessary on a road car (that's driven hard if course) with sometimes a track outing.
Or is it just a gizmo to dress up the engine bay and looks cool for the pub talk...
I understand that at some point the tank is full of oil, what to do then ?

If you are running high power then its not advised to have the breathers going back into the intake! But you don't need a catch tank! just dump them to atmosphere i have

I'm no techy but just going by other people's advise I took off all the breathers that go back into the inlet ( the pipe before the turbo) on my car but your's may be different

can't see why you can't make one out of a red bull tin, other than it being a bit small. just put the pipes in somewhere near the top and leave a hole clear for circulation!

Maybe someone can put a photo on here so I can vieuw it and "catch" some idea's. I think most companies are asking silly money for such a tank that is easely made for a few quid.
There are a few pipes that end up in the induction so wich one do I have to take ?
