I bought my Walbro GSS342, 255LPH pump from APE in Texas.

Cost me £76 delivered in about 5 days.

Tell Ron I sent you.

Is it not a case of old pump out, then new pump in ??

U mention solder & shrink wrap ? Why do you need these items ?

The pump electrical connections are different so you have to splice the connector wires for the new pump into the wiring on the pump hanger.

It's not difficult, perhaps a bit fiddley.

depends on the age of the car..

I fitted a pump from mark to my car and it wasnt plug in.. mine had ring style crimp terminals.. so had to solder..

Did one for P20SPD using same pump and it plugged in..

Got mine from Mark.... double quick time at a very good price . Interestingly the FSE kit was labelled as LAT160 but i think the pump was the GSS342 (Walbro). What difference would the LAT160 be from the ITP160??

Tony.
