Scoobysport whistle?

I put my Scoobysport downpipe on last night and it sounds wicked! 
I now have the full Scoobysport system on. The noise from the turbo whistle is amazing, it is very loud is this what should be expected? It drives superb pulls all the way up to the red and that burble
