New clutch release bearing noisy

Classic gravelly noise when clutch up, heard in neutral. It was a new release bearing... is there anything that should be adjusted? Should I try another new release bearing? I have the opportunity to at the moment without removing the box.

I've had this problem with brandnew release bearings on other cars..

thankfully not scoobs.
