Should I remap/reprog. ECU after installing FMIC or (and) Greddy 518 turbo on STI8?

For 2 and 3, yes, definitely. For just the intercooler, IMHO you would get away without remapping, although you probably wouldn't be getting the full benefit from it.
Go for turbo, FMIC and re-map, and it should be fun!

A FMIC will run a car leaner, however the Sti8 is very rich as std so you "might" not need to remap however you MUST get it checked to be sure. Cooler charge temps alone will lean it. Without a remap you can't take advantage of the cooler charge temps to run more timing though, which is/should be one of the objectives, boost = torque, timing = power.
