What's the symptoms of hydro-locking?
#2
Hydro locking on an engine is normaly associated with a cylinder bore which has water ingress, either from a porous cylinder liner or head gasket failure.
When you try to start it, it will hydraulic itself, lock or/and bend a con rod in the process.
If you suspect the above to be happening, take out the plugs and spin engine on starter, if a load of sh1te comes out, problems!
