What is the fuel pressure supposed to be on a UK MY96 turbo?

I think its 3 bar at idle, if its the same as an STi that is.

It should be 3bar @ idle, @ atmospheric (vacuum hose off, but blanked).

It should be measured when the engine has been warmed up, with a steady idle.

Presumably it shoud rise with load or airflow. Just curious as to what figures I should be seeing...

Yep, it rises with boost. So if you are at say 1 bar of boost when driving the fuel pressure will rise from 3 bar to 4 bar. (3 bar idle + 1 bar boost = 4 bar)
