Seems that the AVO 450 BHP turbo is an HKS GT3037 with Subaru bolt patterns for bolt on application. However, spool up is described by users as 14 PSI at 4000 RPM on EJ20 which I was a little disappointed to hear after hearing the very wide power band on a project Evo recently described on here.

Here are some of Sponaugle's dyno results and you can see the trade off with smaller turbos and the spec used.
Doesn't appear to me to be a 20G killler in all but top end? What do you think?
