My car currently runs 1.2 Bar boost with no modifications, the Catalyst appears to be dead as the Co at idle is 1.3 if i fit a de cat pipe it is going to overboost and cut as i have been told it is close to the limit, can i put a boost solenoid on to up the boost limit or will i fart something out of the exhaust, like a valve or piston?

any advice would be helpful!

 

which car you got then fuel cut on my MY97 uk scooby with standard ecu is anything over 1.14 for a few sex give or take so 1.2 is already more than i could take

When I got fuel cut I fitted a Dawes to reduce the boost to just below the cut. Spools up quicker too.
