Is it my ECU or a sensor??
#1
had another go at my car tonight and traced a fault back to the ECU. basically i still had no spark on topacks. i checked the ignitor and didnt have a signal on two wires. i did a contunity test on the wires between the ECU and the ignitor and there all fine, so...
Is my ECU playing up??
OR
Could there be a sensor that is failing to triger two of the four ignitor inputs??
its weird that two work and two dont. Has anyone else had this problem??

Do you have access to an oscilloscope to look at the crank/cam sensor waveforms? A multimeter that can measure frequency and RMS voltage would do at a push...
Do you have a spare ECU you can borrow? It would help eliminate this as a cause of the problem.
