It is under the rear seats. Access is by taking out the seats and removing a metal plate. Not too difficult really just fiddly getting the whole assembly in/out of the tank.

there was a useful thread on here once with pics. I used it when I did the one on the 22B.

Have changed fuel pump today. Changed it cause the car is not new and had on my hand unisia jecs fuel pump. Got it from guy who said its from brand new nissan and will fit my car. Seemed like he was experienced in that. Visually its the same to std so didnt bothered any. Somehow after driving with new pump feels like car drives less freely than it did before. I got only one explanation that it makes less liters per hour flow.

Does anyone experienced in jecs fuel pumps. Do they have some marks on em to know their specs. What is STD Jecs Fuel Pump flow capacity for 95 WRX?

Any advise needed.

Depends what car the Nissan pump was from .. Micra? GTiR? 200SX? Celica Turbo? etc May have been same size and fittings as yours, but need to know pressure and flow per hour to make sure you get enough fuel to the injectors ... else engine problems if you run lean.
