Gear and Diff oils?
Going to do all my oils and was wondering what is best to use?
Car is going into local Honda garage where they will do the job. I just need to tell them, or supply whatever lubricants suggested.
Thanks in advance.

Motul's good, so's Mobil 1 Motorsport 15w/50 and SHC 75w/90. Others swear by Castrol RS 10/60 and Syntrax.
The point is that there are a few good oils around, and it's less what you use, with the engine oil particularly, how it's changed is of vital importance.
Suggest you do a little searching on here, and instead of telling the garage, ask them up front what procedure they follow. If they don't give you the right answer, find someone else who does, and if you can, make sure they practice what they preach.

My GF works for said garage and I know the boys well. Oil is changed every 5k but need my gb/diff oils done this time.
I use the Honda oil that they stick in their S2's and Type-Rs.
I supply other parts myself through another connection at JapParts and run Denso filters and plugs.
Will keep looking 'till car goes in this Thur.
