As per title, I have done a serach but didn't come up with much.

What about the block itself as well to match the inlet manifold???

Any views, idea, warnings welcomed.

Might be worth cleaning up the throttle body though.

I wouldn't recommend trying to "port" the block whilst it's in situ. Theres no way you could keep the shavings out of the engine. You really need to dismantle the heads before mucking around them.

David - mod are: HKS hyper exhaust, Scoobymania DP, Link ECU, Prodrive boost hoses, HKS RS induction, MD304 turbo.

Mods to come are: 550cc injectors, Gruppe-s manifold and up pipe, FMIC.

Andrew - Though about that too but will requrire more dismantleing.

Would probably get an engineering compmany to do the work on it if I did. How much bigger should I go? What are the potential benifits on the power side? I guess it wil just assist with the breathing a little but dont some rally cars have throttle body restrictions? If that is the case then the benifits would surely be worth the hassle?

Moray - I thought about stuffin tissue or cloth in the holes to keep out the shavings but didn't really know if it was worth doing or not.

You couldn't guarantee that no shavings would get into the block. It takes very little to damage the engine.

Ok then so what about the throttle body and the intake then?

David - I see that you are using a HUGE throttle body, was it expensive?
