Right then, not sure anyone can help but here goes.
I need to get a section of exhaust pipe made to join a back box with a 3-inch pipe to a standard mid section that is 2.5 inch piping. I have a contact who can make it but I need to some drawings or a description of the bends/angles needed.
The back box has a small section of pipe coming out of the rear which appears to be the same shape and length as the existing OE back box to a slip over welded joint (approx. 6 inches from the back box). On the OE system this then goes to a flange join before the cat about level with the back seats. It is this piece of pipe I need to know the shape of. My contact can make the tapered part but hasn't got drawings or a description to work too and I cant leave him the car as I need it to get to work in.
Can anyone out there help, it would very much be appreciated.
If my garble here is not easily understood please call me on 07977 459229 and I can try and clarify what I'm after.
Cheers in advance.

TBH you are better taking the car to them and removing the exhaust so they can take measurements, angles etc.. But I guess this isn't an option based on location of you Vs. them.

Maybe someone near chesterfield might have an OE back box in their garage that I could borrow for a couple of days and take that to measure etc?
What about it? Anyone near who has upgraded the back box willing to help me?
