When last we read about this, it seemed more like a technology demonstrator than a (near) production-ready item.
Although I'm sure things are moving fast, I'd be surprised if there was any chance of seeing it as a customer item soonish.
As for it being an upgrade, it'd probably be limited to new cars only, given its expense and complexity.

Not what prodrive said GM. It was being readied for release (although given how long people have had to wait for Sti7/8 springs for example...) and it was capable of being retrofitted, although I would need a Dccd box plus ancillaries in my P1 before it could be fitted. As i intend putting a DCCD box etc into the P1 in due course, I remain hopeful.
