Unhappy

I have a problem with my 1996 Impreza WRX Import chassis No GC8 039380 pre face lift.
The car has a severe mis-fire from 4000rpm under full boost / throttle. If the throttle is lightly pressed, the car accellerates through with no misfire.
I have connected the diagnostic plugs and they flash up code 43.
I have had the throttle position switch changed, but this has made no difference.
I live in the Isle of Man, and unfortunatly we have no Subaru dealer to help or indeed specialist tuning centre.
I have contacted a garage locally dealing in performance imports who tells me it is necessary to obtain a current flow diagram for the engine.
He suspects an earth problem somewhere.

Are you able to help?

I look forward to hearing from you.

I Don't think so, I have changed the coil packs (Albeit with second hand ones) & the problem is still there.
