JW Racing Quickshift
#1
Just this minute fitted a JWR QS. Very nice and done in 15 minutes.
I couldn't suss the white plastic washers x2, can anyone who has fitted one tell me should I be prising the gearselector open to accept the washers???? It's fitted without just now.
My three year old turbo had very little grease in the mechanism so it was worth it to solve that.
Prompt delivery, nice bit of kit.
Thanks

It is adjusted by lifting the alloy collar up the stick. Nearer the **** shorter the throw required. The collar is fixed by two allen screws when desired height is found.
It is set at lowest point which is quicker than standard IMHO. My wife just drove for the first time since it has been done and didn't notice. I will move it up a tad each day. I'm happy with the change just now, acceleration just seems smoother and more connected.
Hope that helps.
