Yes, but..
It's not a straight forward fit, IIRC the evo has an adaptor flange to fit 1" pipework?, I've got one on my 94 wrx at the mo from an evo.
You need the pipework from the evo (if it is the 1" rubber hose with a circa 45 degree bend in it), then you need a reducer over the d/v pipe from the intercooler.
The positioning wont be the same as the normal 94 wrx fitment(near turbo heatshield), mine lays in between the inlet pipe and the throttle body area.
You've got a fair bit of adjustment as the flange is 360* rotational and the bend in the pipework will help.
If the price is right go for it, otherwise email me and I can do you a kit including the bov.
They are a super bit of kit and don't be put off by scaremongering about it being bad for your car
