Injectors or Fuel Pump upgrade???

Friend needs advise:
Delta Dash is reading 17.66mS maximum injector pulse width on his MY99 Turbo at 6000rpm decreasing to 16.13mS at 7000rpm :
Are his injectors to small or does his fuel pump need an upgrade?
His Mods include:
-Catless exhaust with Bell-Mouth downpipe
-Prodrive Performance Package
-Electronic Boost Controller set at 1.1bar from 3300rpm to 7000rpm in 4th gear
-Runs on 102.6RON Fuel

Sorry for being ignorant but is this within limits? Is'nt it better to remain 80%IDC or less for safety?
