I upgraded my Intercooler hoses to the Samco ones, and now I have noticed my MY00 is boosting higher ie- from 1.19 bar to 1.21 bar when I really floored it the other morning.
Would the new IC hoses have caused this, are the standard hoses really that restrictive?

yea the old ones are that restrictive...

0.02 of a bar is not that much so dont worry..!!

I also saw a 1 PSI gain across all gears with this mod on my MY00. Looking at the OEM Y piece it's not surprising - it's not exactly streamlined !
