Ive got a new maf sensor on the way its on a my00 can anyone advise on fitting, any pics maybe.

Hi mate

where in dorset are you?

The job shouldn't be too difficult.

Have you brought the entire unit or just the sensor bit?

im in bournemouth i dont think it will be hard but just wanted any help i could.Ive just got the sensor coming.

Its an easy job to do and all you need is a T20 Torx key.

Unplug the MAF connector
Locate the 2 torx screws and remove
Pull out MAF and replace with new one
Reverse the above.

Can be a bit fiddly working around the coolant hoses but the job can be done be removing the upper part of the air box.
