Anybody know the part number for Pre-MY97 ECU coolant temp sensor?

Think i need to order one of these. I know graham goode do them but after doing a search it seems they are actually cheaper from Subaru dealers. The problem is i have an import and they always ask for a chassis number.... if i have a part number to give them i should be ok. I could get a post MY97 chasis number but i don't know if the sensors are the same.
