does any one have a aquamist water injection?? if so i need some help , just fitted it to mine (wrx 94) and am using the green jet (0.5mm) and was wondering what size you lot are using. running 1.0 bar, hks filter,exhaust, cheers

You'd be better off using the .4mm with 1bar.

got the same system myself and i am also running the green 0.5 jet but at 1.25 bar of boost.

cheers guys also,methanol where can i get some from ive heard about model shops not "glow fuel" cus that has nitromethane, any ideas??, cheers again

I agree with Mark - if it is running just on a boost swtich you need a the smaller jet.

If you use methanol - you need to get the pure stuff - not meths.

When you get some - use a 50-50 mix with water. If you use more your in cylineder temps will start to rise.

cheers!! i tryed to get some metanol from various "chemical dispensers" and they nearly had a fit when i said i was using it my car!! aint got there number have you,did you tell thm it was for your car?? much help very gratefull

belive rannoch is using the same as me at the moment..

0.5

I will probably go up to 0.6 for the new engine, although nitrous may help with the in cylinder cooling..

I would 'say' use 0.5 if you are running higher than average boost..

but then again might be better of speaking to some of the people on here who where the first to use it.. eh mark..

so speak to mark

rannoch- what size jet are you using at the moment???

was thinking of only 20% meth for the winter as an anti-freeze.

is there any performance benefit running with meth?
