What are they like, not really seen any like that design before, other than that they look similar in design to the standard ones, but obviously different material.
Can you buy these? if so how much and where from
cheers

Speak to Harvey, I think he has a s/h set (maybe 2) for sale. They are the proper job with 4 full primary pipes.
Failing that I can get you a new set of stainless headers (HKS replica) for under £500 complete with uppipe.

Steve, sorry missed your reply
I would suspect your not really noticing things due to still on the standard turbo. If you consider selling or changing, let me know.

Did the power also drop ?
I think you need to be over 300 bhp before tubular headers start to make a worthwhile difference.
My sources tell me these particular headers were worth 28bhp on a 350 bhp Sti

Harvey,
People are just digging after "I can get you some for under £500".
They are available from www.gruppe-s.com and they have no problems shipping to the UK, and making sure you don't pay too much for tax and duty.

Let me get this right If I find someone that supplies, for example, a 350 bhp VF turbo for less than 1/2 the price advertised in scoobyshop...........I need to take out a scoobynet ad in order to pass on that info ?

Of course not Andy. But if you resell such items for profit (admitedly only enough to cover your time/expenses) then it starts to get a bit hazy. But having said that, I'm surprised nobody asked me for an "injector banner ad" or have I spoken to soon?
Other BBSs with easier to type addresses don't have such stringent conditions.
Paul
PS I don't have any more injectors, so please nobody ask me about them!

I've been told (by a very reputable source) that a good set of equal length headers is one of the best mods you can do, after derestricting the exhaust, and is good for 25lb/ft across the rev range.
On my 2002 WRX I've currently got a decat centre and rear, which I'm going to add an MRT flexi up-pipe and probably a hi-flow sport cat d/pipe. I've got an APS TMIC, and so I was going to get the MRT headers and a TEK 3. At this stage I'm looking for a genuine () 300 / 300 figure. Is that feasible on standard turbo / injectors and pump. (They WILL be uprated, but not at this point.)

Re: "I can get you"
I not in the business of buying, elevating the price and then selling scooby parts. I have helped out a number of people who were wanting some turbo work done and charged only a nominal fee for my labour.
It's called being helpful, some people don't want the hassle of importing from the states.
IMO there are already too many 'middle men' taking a chunk of the scooby tuning budget, look a bit further and you can save a fortune

Take it easy guys, if you are charging for "your" time then IMO you should have a banner add.
Harvey, i appreciate what you are saying with regard to this board, but fair is fair, i have been fairly lenient, with regard to suggesting banner adds.
I also appreciate what, Andy F is saying, but would encourage him and you to advertise in scoobyshop and point towards your suppliers there.
Hope you understand.
Steven
ps if that came accross wrong, i am drunk, mid session interval at a wedding.
