Question

Going to be looking at changing this soon and wondered if it was a ball ache.

Easy... just a few bolts.. make sure you use the correct fluid..

Disconnect the return pipe to the pump and run the engine with a bottle on the end of the pipe - this will empty the system. Then you can replace pump and refill it. I used Slick 50 steering fluid. It seems to have worked well for around 10k miles.
