Question

Especially if they have altered either the boost or ECU map. I am buying a de-catted turbo back system but wondering whether to get an up pipe or not.

Cheers

I've seen pictures on nasioc of one in the states that has done so, and heard of a couple more over there. I'd say get one anyway as it makes a significant difference to spool up and drivability.

I heard of a few broken ones in standard cars also!

Yep, not uncommon, if you're changing the exhaust, I'd recommend changing the up pipe also.

Mike.
